Our revolutionary information and database technique allows you to gain session and room information by simply scrolling over the session or room entry. Listing and sorting
Our setup area allows you to easily add and edit rooms, sessions, tracks, equipment, power, and much more. With filtering, sorting and pop-up menus changes that once took hours can now be completed in a matter of minutes. |

In the details
In each section (Rooms, Sessions and Topics) you can add documents, files, and even PDFs. When you add PDFs like the one on the left it will show you a picture which you can download to your desktop. It can easily be updated and posted back to the website in just 1 click. This makes collaboration much easier then ever before. Network and electrical diagrams, equipment specifications, slideshow presentations and much more can be stored in rooms, sessions, tracks and overall event sections. |

Reports
Over twenty different reports make it easy to find information in a single click. Export them to Excel or CVS files for printing or sharing online. You receive real time information throughout the event. Custom reports can be developed to meet any special requirements to support your event. |

User security features let you assign specific access permissions based on groups and roles. Permission level access keeps sensitive information safe and secure while still allowing your team to communicate and collaborate effectively. |
